Choosing the right color scheme for the site is very much important. Either you choose the color scheme and then build your Logo or You first build the Logo and then pick the colors from the logo.
But its very important to have colors of the logo as part of the color scheme. This will be followed through out the site.
Being much color full isnt too great for eyes, having simple and logistic approach towards color schemes is right.

Web 2.0 has been screaming the internet for quite a while, its all about making the right design with right user interaction & right purpose, if you know what i`m talking about.
Many web 2.0 sites on the WWW are using different color layouts and styles, if you are a designer and trying to make a web 2.0 design, you should know the right hexadecimal color codes for making graphics and links.
